Good morning,

I am a 29 year old male suffering from obesity. I have often had small smelly secretions and small blood spills accompanied by slight pains from the navel, all of them healed naturally in a few days.

After having walked a lot for 10 days on vacation, the problem got worse, I had stronger pains when I got up and sat down, I spotted bleeding and yellowish mucus discharge, and a large part of belly skin around and below the navel had turned red.

What should I do? The doctor is bookable only as of tomorrow.

Thank you in advance

Dear reader, it looks like you had an infected wound that is not visible to you. It is possible that the problem is caused by the friction of the navel walls due increased physical activity that you refer to. I recommend you to disinfect the wound and book the earliest possible time at your doctor’s office.
